The 16th Air Force Commander's aircraft, an F-16CG Block 40 from the 555th Fighter Squadron, 31st Fighter Wing based out of Aviano Air Base, Italy.  The Viper is armed for a Emergency Defense Suppression (EDS) mission with GBU-12 500 pound laser guided bombs to destroy Iraqi air defense systems.
