Imperial Japanese Navy Nakajima B5N2 Kate

This Nakajima B5N2 Kate bomber was flown by Commander Mitsuo Fuchida during the Pearl Harbor attack, 7 December 1941. Commander Fuchida sat in the middle seat as an Observer of the raid. The aircraft is armed with a single 800 kg bomb dropped during the attack on Battleship Row. Commander Fuchida planned and led the air attacks as the Mission Commander for the operation.
